A speed test estimates download throughput, upload throughput, and latency between your device and a selected test server. Results vary with Wi-Fi quality, network load, server distance, device limits, and other traffic.
Get a useful comparison
For a fair comparison, use the same device and test server, pause large transfers, and repeat tests at different times. Compare results with your plan and the needs of your applications rather than treating one run as a guarantee.
Test availability and privacy
This site does not run a bandwidth test. Speed tests transfer data to a test server and reveal your network address to that service; review its privacy terms before testing.
